My last hero submission to 
for a little while. This is the 3rd member of Igor's team Frankie.
His creation kind of proves Igor & Jim tend to forget the important stuff like a brain
The cavity in his chest is why his upper torso is so large. There are cables that run up into Frankie's head cavity and hook up to the larger batteries used to run him. To save anyone having to carry it the car battery is always in him but only hooked up when needed. For easy access he also has a zipper in his chest like the 1 on his head.
His main weakness is the larger the battery the more of a strain his powers are on his body. While he can crush diamonds with a car battery inside him he also runs the risk of destroying his arms beyond repair.
